Stage or offer advice to showcase your home's best features.

Place “For Sale” signage at your home, with flyers accessible to prospects.

4. JUST LISTED

Distribute “Just Listed” marketing materials to your neighbors, encouraging them to tell others about your home. 

5. MLS AND KWLS

Promote your home on the Internet using the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and the Keller Williams Listing Service (KWLS), linked to an extensive and growing list of real estate web sites. 

6. INTERNET ADVERTISING

Over 90% of buyers start their search online. That is why I promote your property on many internet sites including the top 3,  REALTOR.com, ZILLOW and TRULIA.   

7. INFORMATION BOOK

Create a home information book that showcases your property to visitors.

Use targeted marketing to attract the attention of real estate agents who specialize in your neighborhood.
